My fitness levels come in waves. Lately, I'm coming back from an all time low compared to previous years. I know exactly why, but I'm done with the excuses and I'm ready to kill it again. I used to write a wellness blog! It was pretty fun. I loved it, but had way too many things to juggle and decided keeping my photography business and wellness passion separate was too much and not as authentic as I'd like to be. SO I'm in the process of combining the two passions into one.
We're off track.
The point of all this is to jump back into peak fitness so I am not struggling in Europe. Not that I feel I'd struggle, but I don't want to be sore or let my fitness level be the reason I'm not having my very best time ever.
30 days in Europe means a whole lotta walking, dancing, and biking! I want to be ready so it's nothing but FUN!
Key components in this fitness freak attack will be:
I've been able to jump in with mountain biking! Going to add in the other pieces of my ultimate fitness bit by bit. I know exactly what happens when I get too excited and throw in all the stuff at once. Failure. Let's skip that, okay?
